These Terms do not alter any other agreement you may have with us (e.g., service contracts, proposals, or statements of work). Where conflicts exist, those agreements prevail.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the Services means you accept the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict User Content at our discretion.

By uploading User Content, you grant 0011.digital a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services. We will not claim ownership over your marketing assets, creative materials, or client data.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 0011.digital’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid to us for Services in the last 6 months, or
• USD $100.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss, reputational harm).

13. Modifications to Sites or Services

We may modify or discontinue portions of the Services at any time without notice.

14. Governing Law and Venue

• For clients contracting with 00110011 S.A.S., these Terms are governed by Colombian law.
• For clients contracting with zz11 LLC, these Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.

Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Bogotá, Colombia, or Wyoming, USA, depending on the contracting entity.

15. Termination

You may terminate by discontinuing use and closing your account. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

16. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.

17. Additional Terms for Specific Services

Additional conditions may apply to:

• Marketing Campaigns (performance is not guaranteed; platform rules apply).
• Websites (you are responsible for providing materials on time).
• SEO Services (results depend on search engines beyond our control).
• Hosting & Maintenance (uptime and performance subject to hosting providers).
• Client Portal (you are responsible for user accounts and data shared).

If conflicts arise, those service-specific terms override these general Terms.
